In Estonia, workplace-related activities are regulated with Occupational Health and Safety Act although the basic requirements come from EU directives. Each Estonian company is obliged to ensure safe and healthy workplace for its employees as well as fulfill the legal requirements. However, moral obligation is even more important – to appreciate employees who every day contribute to the business success.
